5 zucchini - grated (or about 4 cups)
1 diced onion
1/2 c. grated old cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. tea bisquits
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. each €” salt, pepper, oregano
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in the order given.
2. Pour into a greased 9" pie plate.
3. Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes.
