Zucchini Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Sesame tahini - 1 tbsp | ||
| Zucchini | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Marjoram | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes and sesame tahini and press this mixture into a lightly oiled 9" pie plate
2. Mix together the zucchini with all the other ingredients except the cheese, add this mixture into the potato crust
3. Bake it for almost an hour in an oven preheated to 350°F; after forty five minutes of baking, sprinkle cheese on top adn bake for another ten minutes
SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
