Zucchini Pastilles Recipe

I made this Zucchini Pastilles recipe last night and I really liked it. I made this Zucchini Pastilles again today.You are sure gonna love it!

Ingredients

 
2 zucchini, thinly sliced in rounds
 
2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
 
Salt and pepper
 
1/4 tsp (1 ml) fennel seeds
 
1/2 tsp (2 ml) chopped parsley

Directions

–  In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch zucchini slices for 30 seconds, then drain and set aside.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and saute zucchini slices. Season with salt and pepper. Add fennel seeds, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
