Directions
1. Spiralize the zucchini using spiralizer.
MAKING
2. For making sauce – in a blender, combine avocado, tomatoes, orange juice and tomatoes.
3. Add dates, sage and basil leaves. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour the sauce over spiralized zucchini.
SERVING
5. Serve it with fresh juice.
