Zucchini Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients
4 medium zucchini, sliced into 1-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
In 8-inch round dish, combine zucchini, Parmesan cheese and tomato sauce; cover completely with plastic wrap.
TO COOK BY INSTA-MATIC: Cook on COOK 6.
After time appears in the display window, stir once.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at MEDIUM for 9 to 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
Stir once.
TO COMPLETE: Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and let stand, covered, 5 minutes
