Zucchini Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Zucchini | 1 | |
| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Whole-wheat flour - 1/2 cup | ||
| Tofu | 2 Tablespoon, mashed | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1.Combine zucchini with yolk, flour, tofu, milk and baking powder until slightly damp.
2.Take an oiled skillet and cook the pancakes in it.
3.Cook until golden from both sides.
SERVING
4.Serve warm.
