Zucchini In Yogurt Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 medium-size zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices | ||
| Salt, pepper to taste | ||
| Dill | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne to taste | ||
| Yogurt | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place zucchini in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill and cayenne.
Pour yogurt over zucchini and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover casserole and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake until zucchini is tender and lightly browned.
