Zucchini Fries Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 thin (1" diameter) zucchini | ||
| 2 thin (1" diameter) yellow squash | ||
| Oil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
Directions
Cut the zucchini and squash into fries about 2" long and 1/2" thick.
In a large no-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, saute the vegetables in the oil for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle with the basil.
