Zucchini Fries Recipe
Ingredients
| Zucchini - 2, 1-inch diameter | ||
| Yellow squash - 2, 1-inch diameter | ||
| Oil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Cut the squash and zucchini into fries which are about 2-inches long and ½-inch thick.
2) Place a large non-stick frying pan over moderate-high heat and sauté the vegetables in oil for about 5 minutes, or till they are lightly browned.
3) Sprinkle the basil all over.
SERVING
4) Serve hot.
