Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
2 1/2 cup flour
4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cup diced zucchini with skins on (take out seeds)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
Cream sugar, margarineand oil.
Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in zucchini and 1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired.
Grease 9x12 inch pan and flour.
Sprinkle chips on top.
Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
