Zucchini Casserole With Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients
| 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Zucchini | 4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheese | ||
| Hot water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
| Egg | 1 | |
Directions
Cook bacon between layers of paper toweling in Radarange oven 3 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Put rinsed zucchini in 1 1/2 quart casserole with water.
Cover; cook in oven 7 minutes, drain.
Mix egg, cream, flour, and cheese.
Stir into zucchini.
Cook 3 minutes; stir.
Crumble bacon and add to bread crumbs; sprinkle on vegetable.
Cook 2 minutes more.
Set aside to cool.
