2 c. grated zucchini (measure after grating)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together; pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
