Zucchini Bread Recipe Video

Do you know how to make Zucchini Bread? Zucchini Bread is simple and easy to make. Although not as sweet as Banana Bread, it is still worth trying. Zucchini is a summer squash so that is why I made Zucchini Bread. Plus, I wanted to see how this bread actually tasted like. Zucchinis are high in vitamin C. Since they contain a lot of water in the vegetable, I would not leave this for more than a night in the fridge. Otherwise, they would turn out kind of mushy-looking.
