Zucchini Bread Recipe
Ingredients

| Zucchini | 2 Cup(16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vanilla | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 3 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Nuts, raisins or both | ||
Directions
Beat eggs until light and foamy.
Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients lightly.
Add nuts, raisins or both.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325-350° for 1 hour 10 minutes (depending on your oven).
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
