Zucchini Parmesan Appetizers Recipe

| Bisquick mix | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 350T.
Grease oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
Mix all ingredients; spread in pan.
Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Cut into about 2- x 1-inch pieces.
