 Chopped green pepper1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Finely chopped onions1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm), minced
 Butter/Regular margarine2 Tablespoon
 Zucchini1 Pound, unpared, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
 Dried oregano leaves1 Teaspoon
 Dried basil leaves1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Canned tomatoes28 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
 Cooked macaroni1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Beef bouillon cube1
 Pepper1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Grated parmesan cheese1 Tablespoon

Directions

Combine green pepper, onion, garlic and butter in 2-qt. glass casserole.
Microwave at high setting 4 minutes, or until tender, stirring after 2 minutes.
Stir in zucchini, oregano and basil.
Cover and microwave at high setting 6 minutes, or until zucchini is tender, stirring after 3 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, macaroni, beef bouillon cube and pepper.
Cover and microwave at high setting 8 minutes, or until hoi stirring after 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
