Zucchini and cherry tomatoes with vinegar is a herbed vegetables recipe. Cooked with garlic and basil to flavor, the vegetables have cider vinegar to taste and are great as a side in home meals.

2 medium size zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 1//2 cups small cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
In a heavy 10 inch skillet, heat the olive oil over moderate heat for 1 minute; add the zucchini and cook, uncovered, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, basil, and pepper, and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until the tomatoes are heated through.
