Ingredients

 Ice cubes - 5 numbers
 Juice of fresh lime or lemon - 1 number
 Juice of fresh orange - ½
 Or
 Unsweetened juice - 2 tablespoons canned
 Angostura bitters3 Drop
 Sugar syrup1 Teaspoon
 Egg white - 1 number
 White rum - 1 part
 Golden rum - 1 part
 Dark rum - 1/2 part
 Orange slice1
 Mint sprig1
 Maraschino cherry - 1 number

Directions

MAKING
1. Place the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the fruit juices over the ice and shake the bitters into the shaker.
3. Blend in the sugar, egg white, white and golden rum; shake until a frost forms.
4. Pour without straining into a Collins glass.

SERVING
5. Garnish with the fruit and top off with the dark rum.
6. Stir once and serve with a short drinking straw.
