Ziti With Italian Sausage Bell Peppers And Mushroom Tomato Sauce Recipe

 Ziti11/2 Pound
 Bulk italian sausage2 Pound
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Garlic1 Tablespoon, minced
 Tomato sauce3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green peppers2 To taste, chopped
 Roasted red peppers2 To taste, chopped
 Ripe olives1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Cook ziti according to package directions; drain.
Keep warm.
Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned; drain fat.
Heat olive oil in medium skillet; add mushrooms and garlic.
Cook until tender.
Combine sausage, mushrooms, tomato sauce and roasted green and red peppers.
Cook over medium heat until heated through; toss with pasta.
Divide onto serving plates.
Sprinkle with olives, cheese and parsley.
