Ingredients

 
Canned Tuna – 3 (7 ½ ounce)
 
Celery Salt – 1 teaspoon
 
Milk – ¾ cup
 
Cheddar Cheese – 3 cups, grated (3/4 pound)
 
Salt – ½ teaspoon
 
Pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
 
Cayenne – just a dash
 
Bread cubes – 3 cubes, ½ inch

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375F

MAKING
2) Drain the tuna and using a fork, flake the meat
3) In a 2 quart greased casserole, place the fish and then sprinkle in the top with celery salt
4) Heat the milk over a low heat, tip in the cheese and the seasonings
5) Stir the milk till the cheese melts
6) Add the bread cubes and pour over the tuna
7) Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375F till browned and set

SERVING
8) Serve the dish hot from the oven
