| Boiling water | 3 Quart | |
| Elbow macaroni | 2 Cup (32 tbs), uncooked | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Sliced scallions/Green onions | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon |

Directions
Chill.
Add 3 teaspoons salt to rapidly boiling water.
Gradually add macaroni so that water continues to boil.
Cook, uncovered, until tender, stirring occasionally.
Drain in colander.
Rinse with cold water; drain.
Combine macaroni and remaining ingredients; mix well.
Chill.
Arrange ham rolls on macaroni salad.
Garnish as desired.
