Zippy Radish Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Radishes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Swiss Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Green onions | 2 Small, thinly sliced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil | ||
| Leaf lettuce | ||
Directions
In a bowl, combine radishes, cheese and onions.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; whisk in oil until smooth.
Pour over radish mixture; toss to coat.
Chill for 2 hours.
