Zippy Cranberry Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberries | 1 pound | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sprinkle of salt | ||
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Potato chips, Frito Scoops, or your favorite chips | ||
Directions
Wash and sort fresh cranberries.
Place in a saucepan, add water and salt, bring to a boil.
Cook only until cranberries begin to pop.
Remove from heat and force cranberries through a sieve to remove seeds.
Return puree to saucepan and add sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Pour into a mold.
Chill until set.
Remove from mold just before serving.
