Ingredients

 
2 large eggs
 
1 c of diced ingredients (ham, bell peppers, mushrooms, cheese, onion, cooked bacon)
 
1 Ziploc bag
 
1 large boiling pan

Directions

1. Set water boiling in a large pan.
2. Crack 2 eggs in a ziploc bag plastic bag and sqeeze them.
2. Add all the diced ingredients and mix well.
3. Seal the bag and put it in water.
4. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes or until done.
5. Serve it in a plate.

Ziploc bags have a very low melting point (lower than the temperature of boiling water). If you do this, you are ingesting plastic. Delicious!
