Zesty Stuffed Frankfurters Recipe
Ingredients
| Frankfurters | 1 pound | |
| Sharp cheese - 1/4 pound, grated | ||
| Horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon, powdered | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1 Dash | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
2.Make a mixture of cheese, powdered horseradish, dry mustard, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.
3.Create a slit in frankfurters lengthwise.
4.Fill the gap with the cheese mixture.
5.Put the franfurters in shallow baking dish.
6.Mix tomato sauce with sugar, minced onion and chili powder.
7.Pour over frankfurters and bake for 30 minutes.
SERVING
8.Serve warm
