 Sauerkraut1 Can (10oz)
 Carrot1 , grated
 1/4 cup chopped radishes or celery
 1/4 cup finely chopped red or green onion
 1 tsp dill seeds
 Vegetable oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Granulated Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In sieve, drain sauerkraut and rinse under cold water; drain. In salad bowl, combine sauerkraut, carrot, radishes, onion and dill seeds.
Mix oil with sugar until sugar has dissolved; pour over salad and toss to mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
