Ingredients

 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Cold water1 Cup(16 tbs)
 Vinegar1/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 Catsup1/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 Prepared horseradish1 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
 Garlic1 clove, halved

Directions

In a small saucepan combine the cornstarch, sugar, and the dry mustard; gradually stir in water.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat till thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Cover surface with waxed paper.
Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove waxed paper; stir in the vinegar, catsup, horseradish, Worcestershire, salt, paprika, and hot pepper sauce; beat till smooth.
Add garlic.
Transfer to storage container; cover and chill.
Remove garlic before using.
