 Ground pork1 pound
 1/2 cup chopped green pepper or canned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, and chopped
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 Pizza sauce1 15 Ounce
 Italian seasoning1 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 2 1/2 cups packaged biscuit mix
 Parmesan cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Cold water2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Monterey Jack1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded

Directions

In a medium skillet cook pork, green pepper or chili peppers, and onion till meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
Drain off fat Stir in pizza sauce and Italian seasoning; set the skillet aside.
In a large mixing bowl stir together biscuit mix and Parmesan cheese.
Add water.
Stir till moistened Pat dough onto bottom and halfway up the sides of a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan Spoon the pork mixture over dough.
Sprinkle pizza with mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or cheddar cheese.
Bake in a 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or till bubbly.
Cut into pieces to serve.
