 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 2 (about 8 ounces)
 Small orange - 1 , cut into wedges
 Pineapple chunks3/4 Cup (16 tbs), canned
 Bell pepper - 1/2 red , cut into 1 -inch pieces
 Green bell pepper - 1/2 , cut into 1 -inch pieces
 Teriyaki sauce1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 UNCLE BEN'S Brand Boil-in-Bag Rice - 1 (2-cup) bag

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Cut the chicken into 1 -inch pieces.
2 Onto four 10-inch skewers, alternately thread chicken, orange, pineapple, red bell and green bell peppers.

MAKING
3 Brush the kabobs with some teriyaki sauce.
4 Grill or broil kabobs for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
5 Turn once and brush occasionally with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
6 As per the package directions prepare the rice.

SERVING
7 Serve kabobs over rice.
