Zesty Island Chicken Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 2 (about 8 ounces) | ||
| Small orange - 1 , cut into wedges | ||
| Pineapple chunks | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Bell pepper - 1/2 red , cut into 1 -inch pieces | ||
| Green bell pepper - 1/2 , cut into 1 -inch pieces | ||
| Teriyaki sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| UNCLE BEN'S Brand Boil-in-Bag Rice - 1 (2-cup) bag | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Cut the chicken into 1 -inch pieces.
2 Onto four 10-inch skewers, alternately thread chicken, orange, pineapple, red bell and green bell peppers.
MAKING
3 Brush the kabobs with some teriyaki sauce.
4 Grill or broil kabobs for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
5 Turn once and brush occasionally with the remaining teriyaki sauce.
6 As per the package directions prepare the rice.
SERVING
7 Serve kabobs over rice.
