Zesty Fresh Nectarine Coconut Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 cups diced Chilean nectarines, about 3 small | ||
| Green onions | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Shredded coconut | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground red pepper | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss well.
