Zesty Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups (1/2 pound) grated American or process sharp cheese
Bite-size pieces of French or Italian bread
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt and paprika.
Gradually blend in milk; heat slowly, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add Worcestershire sauce and cheese; continue heating, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
To serve in true Swiss fashion, pour mixture into chafing dish; dip chunks of bread on fork in cheese mixture.
