Zesty Fiesta Corn Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Taco seasoning mix envelope | 1/2 | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooking oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole kernel corn | 1 15 1/4 Ounce, drained | |
| Tomatoes | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Ripe olives | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/4 cup diced green sweet pepper | ||
Directions
1 In a large bowl stir together taco seasoning mix and water until well mixed; stir in oil and vinegar. Add corn, diced tomatoes, olives, and sweet pepper; toss lightly to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring mixture occasionally.
