Zesty Corn Dip with Veggies Recipe
Ingredients
| Neufchatel cheese package | 2 , softened | |
| Lime juice | 1 /4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon ground red chiles or chili powder | ||
| Ground cumin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Whole kernel corn | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Walnuts | 1 /4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Small | |
| Assorted vegetables | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, lime juice, the chiles, the cumin, salt and pepper till well mixed
2. Run the mixer at medium speed till the mixture is uniform
3. Gently stir in the corn, walnuts and the onion till well incorporated
FINALIZING
4. Refrigerate for an hour before serving

5. Serve with vegetables.
