Zesty Broiled Perch Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen Perch Fillers - 1 packet, thawed | ||
| Vegetable Cooking Spray | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper - a dash | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Keep the broiler ready. Coat a 12X8X2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2) Wash the perch fillets under cold, running water.Pat them dry.
3) Arrange the fillets in the baking

4) In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, margarine, worcestershire sauce, chilli powder, garlic, salt, dry mustard. Pour the mixture over the fish evenly.
5) Broil the fillets for 5 minutes, placing them about 6 inches away from the heat source.
SERVING
6) Once the fillets flake easily, transfer onto a serving plate.
7) Garnish the dish with chopped parsley.
