Directions
Coat meat with flour mixture.
In 2-quart casserole, combine meat, onion, green pepper, catsup and sugar.
Cover with lid.
Cook at MEDIUM 10 minutes and at MEDIUM-LOW 20 to 22 minutes, or until meat is tender.
Stir occasionally.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
