Zesty Barbecue Pork Chops Recipe

| 1 envelope tomato-soup mix | ||
| Onion envelope | 1/2 | |
| Italian salad dressing | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pork chops | 6 | |
Directions
In saucepan, combine tomato-soup mix, onion-soup mix, salad dressing, and vinegar; gradually stir in water.
Add remaining ingredients, except pork chops.
Bring to boiling; simmer 10 minutes.
Brown chops in hot fat; add 7 cup of the sauce.
Simmer covered for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
Add sauce as needed during cooking.
