 Pernod - 2 dashes
 Creme de menthe - 3 dashes
 Brandy - 1/4 gill
 Apricot brandy - 1/8 gill
 Olive in1
 Ice - 1/2 skakerful, broken

Directions

MAKING
1. Into a shaker, half fill with broken ice and add Brandy.
2. Add Apricot Brandy and Creme de Menthe; shake well.

SERVING
3. Into a chilled cocktail glass, strain the drink.
4. Garnish with an olive and top with a couple of dashes of Pernod.
