Zero Hour Recipe
Ingredients
| Pernod - 2 dashes | ||
| Creme de menthe - 3 dashes | ||
| Brandy - 1/4 gill | ||
| Apricot brandy - 1/8 gill | ||
| Olive in | 1 | |
| Ice - 1/2 skakerful, broken | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Into a shaker, half fill with broken ice and add Brandy.
2. Add Apricot Brandy and Creme de Menthe; shake well.
SERVING
3. Into a chilled cocktail glass, strain the drink.
4. Garnish with an olive and top with a couple of dashes of Pernod.
