Tamarind pulp-2 ounces
Warm water-2 1/2 cups
Garam masala -1/2 teaspoon
Dash of asafoetida powder
Salt- to taste
Ground black salt-1/2 teaspoon
White cumin seeds-1 teaspoon, roasted and ground
Red chili powder -1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice -1 1/2 teaspoons
Sugar -1 teaspoon
Mint leaves-1 tablespoon, shredded

GETTING READY
1)In a bowl, soak tamarind for 15-20 minutes and filter it. Add water and mix well.
MAKING
2)Add all the remaining ingredients to the water and mix well. Chill it.
SERVING
3)Serve the chilled zeerajal with golgappas or alone.
