Indian Paneer Pasanda Recipe Video

200 grams Rice (long, grained)
5 number Almonds.
1 pinch biryani masala
1/2 tsp black cumin
4 tsp butter
10 number Cashew nuts.
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
0 fried onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 bunch mint
1 number onion
1/2 tsp pomogranate seeds ripe
10 number raisins
1 pinch Saffron.
1 tsp salt
Directions
GETTING READY
1. To prepare this mughlai delight, firstly cut paneer into triangles. Slice the triangle pieces till 3/4th and do not cut in the end.
2. For the stuffings, in a mixing bowl add grated paneer, raisins, freshly chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, roasted cashew nut coarse powder, and mix all the ingredients together well.
3. Put this sweet and tangy stuffing in between the slit triangle paneer pieces and keep aside.
MAKING
4. Take equal quantities of maida and corn flour, add little water and form to a batter. Coat these stuffed paneer pieces with the batter well and fry them it slightly golden brown. Keep them aside.
5. Heat oil in a pan, add whole garam masala, cumin seeds, chopped onions and sauté.
6. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook them till soft.
7. Add crushed cashew nuts. Add chilli powder, coriander powcer, and little water and grind this in the mixie to a fine paste.
8. Pour this paste back into the pan, add water if the mixture is thick. Cover and cook till the raw flavors are gone. Check for seasoning.
9. Add pinch of sugar, kasuri methi powder, and little cream to make it rich.
10. Add the fried paneer to this and cook it for a while in low flame.

I would like to make zafarani rice with cooked chicken , all i see are microwave reciepes .i want to cook ours on the stove.We bought a 25 # bag, but there are no recipes on the bag , thank you.

I made paneer pasanda. Instead of raisins, I put honey and it turned out very yummy. my kids liked it very much. your videos are very inspiring and they really inspire you to cook.
