Italian Zabaglione Recipe
Zabaglione has a Superior taste.The Eggs and Marsala wine gives the Zabaglione Inspirational taste. Must catch it
Ingredients
8 eggyolks
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup Marsala wine
Directions
Mix ingredients together in the top part of a double boiler and cook over rapidly boiling water, whisking constantly until mixture doubles in bulk and thickens.
Remove from heat and whisk for another minute.
Pour mixture warm over fresh berries, serve it in a tall glass by itself, or chill it and serve as a sauce for berries.
