Zabaglione Recipe

Ingredients
4 egg yolks
3 tablespoons honey
Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Marsala wine
Directions
Beat egg yolks with honey until thick and lemon colored in the top of a double boiler.
Add wine gradually.
