Frothy Zabaglione Recipe
Zabaglione is a mouth watering side dish recipe. An easy to prepare egg recipe wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
Ingredients
6 egg yolks
100 g (1/4 lb) (1/2 cup) sugar
50 ml (2 fl oz) (1/4 cup) brandy
50 ml (2 fl oz) (1/4 cup) Marsala
Directions
1 Place the egg yolks .and sugar in a bowl and beat untiffigh't ana" fluffy.
2 Place the bowl overa saucepan , of gently boUingwater.Gradually add the brandy and' 'Marsala, beating continuously, until the| mixture thickens and becomes frothy.
3 Pour the Zabaglione into 4 glasses and serve immediately with sponge fingers.
