6 egg yolks
6 tablespoons sugar
1 cup (250 ml) Marsala
Directions
Beat the eggs in the top of a double boiler.
Beat in the sugar and the Marsala and place over simmering water.
Beat constantly until mixture thickens.
Pour into individual dishes and serve immediately.
