Zabaglione Ice Box Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 Dozen Lady Fingers | ||
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 Pkgs. Instant Vanilla Pudding | ||
| Marsala | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipping cream | 1 1/2 Pint | |
Directions
Line lightly buttered spring-form pan and the bottom with split Lady Fingers (you will need about 2 dozen).
Beat 2 cups milk into 3 pkgs.instant vanilla pudding.
Slowly add 3/4 cup Marsala.
Beat 1 pint whipping cream until stiff and fold into pudding mixture.
Spoon gently into pan and chill overnight.
Before serving, top with 14 pt.cream, whipped.
