Zabaglione Di Marsala Recipe

Ingredients
8 egg yolks
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup marsala (or sherry)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 lemon rind, grated
Directions
1. Beat yolks and sugar to a light foam.
2. Place yolks in top of a hot but not boiling double boiler. Add the wine and continue beating until the mixture starts to thicken. It should be light and foamy when ready.
3. Remove mixture from double boiler. Beat in lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
