Zabaglione Recipe

Ingredients
Egg yolks - 3
Sugar - 1/3 cup
Marsala or sherry - 1/4 cup
Directions
MAKING
1 In a double boiler, over simmering water, warm the egg yolks.
2 Beat with a wire whisk until yolks are thick and lemon colored.
3 Gradually add in the sugar.
4 Beat well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
5 Pour in Marsala gradually, still beating constantly.
SERVING
6 This dessert will take 7 minutes to prepare and when completed is a foaming cloud of warm wine flavored bubbles.
7 Serve Immediately in individual dessert dishes.
