Yumbug Nut Ring Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12-ounce can almond cake and pastry filling
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
In large mixer bowl, combine sugar, butter, sour cream, vanilla extract and almond filling.
Blend well; beat 3 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
Add dry ingredients; mix at low speed until well blended.
At medium speed add eggs, one at a time, beating 1 minute after each.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour batter into greased 9 or 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes.
Do not invert; cool 1 hour.
Remove from pan.
