Yugoslav Fish Soup Recipe

| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled | |
| Clam Juice | 1 8 Ounce | |
| Fish fillets | 1/2 Pound, frozen | |
| White wine or water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Instant rice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Curry powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
€¢ Place the olive oil, onions and tomatoes in an 8-cup (2 L) microwave-safe bowl, stir well. Microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
€¢ Add the remaining ingredients. Microwave 10 to 12 minutes at HIGH, stirring halfway through the cooking.
€¢ Serve with crackers that have been buttered and generously sprinkled with sesame seeds.
