 Onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Tomatoes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
 Clam Juice1 8 Ounce
 Fish fillets1/2 Pound, frozen
 White wine or water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Instant rice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Curry powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste

Directions

€¢ Place the olive oil, onions and tomatoes in an 8-cup (2 L) microwave-safe bowl, stir well. Microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
