Yorkshire Pudding Recipe
Yorkshire Pudding is an easy baked snack recipe which you will simply love. I bet, clubbing these Yorkshire Pudding with your favorite roast beef would be just heavenly!
Ingredients
2 Tb. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Pour 2 tablespoons cooking oil into a 9x9x2-inch pan.
In a medium bowl, beat with a rotary beater 2 eggs, 1 cup each milk and sifted flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Set oiled pan in oven preheated to 425° and leave in oven 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove and immediately pour batter into pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until pudding is rich golden brown.
Cut into squares and serve immediately with roast beef.
