Eggs - 2
Milk - 1 cup
Sifted all-purpose flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Roast-beef drippings - 2 tablespoons
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Increase oven temperature to 425F.
MAKING
2. In a medium bowl, with a rotary beater, beat eggs, milk, flour and salt to make a smooth batter.
3. Pour drippings into a 10-inch pie plate and tilt to coat bottom and side of pie plate.
4. Pour in batter and bake 23 to 25 minutes until the pudding is deep golden-brown.
SERVING
5. Serve immediately with the Roast Beef.
